Please remember to collect your entire luggage from the baggage claim area before locating the rental car company of your choice. Alamo’s customers are serviced by Enterprise Rent a Car. Helpful information when renting an Alamo vehicle at Porto Airport

Alamo offers their customers the option of Online Check-In to save time at the counter at the time of collection. When using this option Alamo will have the customer’s driver information and preferences ready on arrival at the counter, making it a quick and easy experience.

The minimum age to rent an Alamo vehicle is 21 years of age, and all drivers under the age of 25 may be subject to a Youthful Surcharge to cover the additional insurance costs for young drivers.

Additional drivers may be added to the rental agreement provided they meet the same age and driver’s license requirements as the main driver/renter and are present at the time of collection. An additional daily surcharge may apply. Spouses or domestic partners are authorized drivers at no additional charge, but must meet the same requirements.

Returning your rented Alamo vehicle at Porto Airport

Please follow the instructions and directions provided by Alamo when it is time to return the rental car.

Make sure to remember to remove your personal belongings from the vehicle before returning it.
