FIREFLY Car Rental at Porto Airport

Travelers arriving at Porto Airport in Portugal have a wide variety of rental car companies to choose a rental car from. Please make sure to retrieve your luggage from the baggage claim area before exiting the arrivals terminal. Firefly’s rental car counter is located outside of the terminal. Once exited turn right and go straight forward until the roundabout. You will find the location right across the roundabout. The walk is 3-4 minutes normal walking pace.

Helpful information when renting a Firefly vehicle at Porto Airport

When collecting your rental car please make sure there are no pre-existing damages both inside and outside the vehicle. If any damage is found make sure it is documented on your rental agreement before proceeding to leave the car rental area.

All drivers are required by Portuguese law to carry their valid driver’s license at all times while operating a vehicle and both the driver as well as all passengers are required to always wear a seat belt while in a moving car.

Portuguese laws also state that it is strictly forbidden to use your mobile phone/cell phone in any other way than talking using hands free mode.
